Our multifaceted founder Aivars Zvaigzne was studying medicine when he took a year off to improve his English in Chicago, USA. There, he met his first real estate mentor, Frank Blazevich, whom he assisted with selling properties. Encouraged by Blazevich, who saw his potential, Aivars attended Century 21 classes in real estate.
Having returned to Latvia, Aivars finished his medical degree. While he never practiced as a doctor, he worked in project management and marketing for pharmaceutical companies including Roche and Pfizer. Real estate, however, remained his passion project.
Eventually, to deepen his knowledge in real estate, he completed an MBA and finished the Real Estate Appraiser School.
Since 2012, Aivars has been an active investor in distressed properties. From 2019, he further sharpened his skills in commercial property while working as an advisor for Newsec.
Now, Aivars devotes his full attention to commercial real estate in Riga and elsewhere in Latvia as an advisor for Rigami. He is a member of the Latvian real estate association LANĪDA.

Artūrs Ošs has over 20 years of experience in the construction of buildings of varying complexity, including as a contractor.
He performs technical evaluations and establishes the extent and costs of any potential renovation work. Alongside his work in construction, Artūrs works as a real estate investment consultant.
He’s developed a knack for understanding clients’ wishes and needs, identifying and solving issues.
A graduate of Riga Building College, Artūrs holds a diploma in construction management along with a certificate in construction management and supervision from the Latvian Association of Civil Engineers.
